Mike McGurl is a native New Englander and was Vice President at a highly successful publicly-traded software company when he came to Park City in 2000. An avid skier and cyclist, Mike immersed himself in these communities, and the leadership roles he developed allowed him to build deep connections with like-minded clients. Passionate about Park City, Mike’s initial focus was on personal real estate investment opportunities and he now leverages his many relationships for his clients’ personal and financial real estate success.
Miriam Noel was a successful photographer and business owner in São Paulo, Brazil where Miriam developed not only her film, but also her entrepreneurial acumen. Miriam’s adventurous spirit and love of the mountains moved her to relocate to the United States in 2009. Miriam started her career as an apprentice to the principal broker of a prominent real estate office specializing in luxury real estate in the Park City market, where she learned the technical aspects of real estate transactions. Miriam has worked with a range of clients from first-time homebuyers looking to start a new chapter in life to investors looking to build upon their real estate portfolio.
